You Are Invited to Attend a Party in Your Pajamas
At the Y, we love supporting our Military men, women and their families, and we know that you do, too! That's why in May, the Y is hosting a big party in their honor where you don't have to rent a tux, buy a dress or hop into a limo to show our Armed Forces and their families that you care about their well-being.
Welcome to the Y Military No-Show Ball, where you are invited to donate the cost of that tux, dress, limo or rubber chicken dinner (we know you've eaten a few of those in the name of charitable giving) to provide free Y membership to families of deployed soldiers, membership and program fee assistance to active-duty Military, and free summer camp for Military kids giving them a carefree week in the great outdoors and their often stressed parents a much-needed mommy or daddy break.
Here are some recommended giving levels:
- $50 Ticket
Instead of buying an event ticket, provide a discount to an active duty Military YMCA member - $100 Ticket
Instead of a VIP event ticket, send a camper from a Military family to YMCA Camp Cha-La-Kee this summer - $250 Ticket
Instead of an event table, provide a deployed service member's family with a free Y membership - $1000 Ticket
Instead of an event sponsorship, sponsor our Military Outreach Program at the Y
