    Financial Assistance

No One is Ever Turned Away at the YMCA

The YMCA uses a sliding scale based on household income and family size to make membership and programs affordable to all families and individuals. Community and corporate contributions fund this program. YMCA membership, child care programs, camps and most YMCA services, youth sports and teen programs are available for financial assistance. Scholarships are also available for qualifying households including those serving in the military, laid-off individuals, single parent households, and others. Determine if you qualify today! Once you have completed the application, a membership staff member will be reaching out to complete the process.

    Military Membership

For Service Members and Their Families

The Heart of the Valley YMCA supports Military Family Readiness by offering free memberships to personnel and their families during and after deployment abroad. Their families may enjoy free membership while their loved one is serving abroad, and then the family can enjoy an additional three months of free membership once their service member has returned home. The YMCA offers special military rates for active duty military, reservists, National Guard, and veterans. Contact your local YMCA for complete details.
