NINJAZONE

NinjaZone is a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and character building. These programs are the foundation of whole-body movement and the mind- body connection. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone creed. Children build strength, agility, and learn at their own pace.

BABY NINJAS

What Happens in Class?

We start each Baby Ninja class with a high-energy warm-up filled with music and fun! The class is designed to incorporate gross and fine motor skills, overcoming obstacles, and listening to directions, all through guided instruction with fun brain breaks – they won’t even know they are learning! Class comes to an end with a bye-bye song and popping bubbles (which is a secret hand-eye coordination activity)!

For Baby Ninja, the goal of the program is to use the sport of Ninja to teach brain & body development. Rather than the skills themselves, the parents see the most benefits through increased confidence, coordination, balance, & motor skills. Additionally, listening to authority figures other than their parents, as well as learning to socialize with their peers is a BIG DEAL.

Whether they are taking their step, making their first friend, or trying something new for the very first time – Baby Ninja class is the perfect foundation to the world of Ninja!

LIL NINJAS

3 – 5 years old

Lil’ Ninjas is the entry level to the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.

Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills and progressions.

Ninja Zone FAQs?

NinjaZone Reminder: Dress Code

A student's apparel is very important to ensure safety. We require a specific uniform for NinjaZone classes. Each class, your child needs to come prepared with their NINJAZONE SHIRT AND HEADBAND. Shorts or pants can be any type and should be dark in color, but we recommend a material that allows children to move freely. Jeans and school uniform pants are not permitted on the gym floor.

NinjaZone Reminder: Tardiness

To ensure Ninjas get the most out of class, we appreciate on-time arrivals! NinjaZone classes focus on teaching manners and character traits, to allow them to develop into well-rounded individuals, including respect for time. Habitual tardiness disrupts class flow and impacts learning. We understand that delays happen, but we kindly ask for your help in minimizing lateness so we can better practice what we preach.

Co-Ed Classes

Our gym is now offering co-ed NinjaZone classes! Boys and girls will train together, gaining valuable skills in a shared environment. While each gender learns differently, we believe that by fostering collaboration and competition, every child can excel. Join us for an exciting, inclusive NinjaZone experience!
