Our blended courses combine self-paced online learning with hands-on, instructor-led sessions, ensuring you build both knowledge and practical experience. You’ll learn:

CPR Training Programs
New Parent CPR/First Aid
This course is designed for parents and caregivers of young children. This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving children and infants. Through a combination of self-paced online learning and instructor-led classroom skill session you will have the opportunity to practice and demonstrate skill competencies required for certification. Participants will be emailed approximately 1 week before the course date containing a link to the online learning. Online learning must be completed prior to the class date.
Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Training Course
This course teaches you basic CPR techniques, AED usage, barrier device skills and emergency choking measures for adult, child and the infant victim. The curriculum includes CPR for adult, child and infant, relief of a Foreign Body Airway Obstruction in both responsive and unresponsive victims, bag-mask ventilation, and how to use an AED.
