The Heart of the Valley YMCA is pleased to announce the promotion of Bev Capps to the position of Chief Operations Officer. Bev has been with the association for the last 18 years and currently serves as Executive Director of the Southeast Family YMCA and District Executive Director.
Bev brings with her a total of 21 years experience working with the YMCA in various leadership roles. As COO of the Heart of the Valley YMCA, Bev will continue to oversee the Southeast Family YMCA in her current capacity and oversee operational processes and procedures in order to ensure efficiency and quality across the YMCA. We are excited to see Bev in this new role as she helps position the Heart of the Valley YMCA into the next phase of growth and prominence.
