Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP)
FREE for YMCA Members!
The Y is offering its Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) from September 16 – October 21, 2025 at the Hogan Y in Madison.
This 6-week program helps participants and their caregivers better understand diabetes self-care in a supportive, small-group setting—led by trained YMCA staff.
