Reason for change*
Heart of the Valley YMCA Bank Card/Bank Draft Policy*
• A credit card/bank draft is a continuous draft for a recurring program or membership and automatically renews each month.

• All credit cards/bank drafts for membership dues will draft on either the 1st or the 15th of each month.

• Memberships may be canceled if the member gives written notice of intent to cancel by the 25th of the month by completing a Termination Request.

• I understand that if I cancel after the 25th of the month, I will be drafted for one more month and will have full use of the facility in the last month for which I am drafted.

• If any credit card/bank draft is returned "account closed" or "stop payment," the YMCA will consider the auto-draft canceled.

• There will be a $25 service charge for any credit card/bank draft returned due to insufficient funds, declined credit cards, and expired credit cards.

• Changes to your YMCA account may take up to 15 days. The YMCA is not responsible for any credit card/bank drafts or return fees during this period.
