Day 1 – Evening
4:30 pm: Arrival & Check-In
4:30-6:00 pm: Free Time
6:00 pm: Community Dinner (campfire hotdogs)

6:45 pm: Stargazing & Campfire S’mores
8:30 pm: Campfire Songs & Bedtime Story
10:00 pm: Lights Out

6:30 am: Sunrise Yoga
7:00 am: Wake-Up & Light Breakfast
7:30-8:45 am: Pack-Up & Clean-Up

Q: What time should we arrive?
A: Check-in begins at 4:30 pm. Please arrive by 5:30 pm so you have time to set up your tent before dinner and activities begin.
Q: Can someone help us set up our tent?
A: Yes! The Boy Scouts will be volunteering to help families with tent setup, especially those who are new to camping.
Q: Is dinner provided?
A: Yes! We’ll serve a community dinner starting at 6:30 pm consisting of a hotdog, a bag of chips, and a water, and s’mores will be available later by the campfire. Light breakfast snacks will be provided Sunday morning.
Q: Is there electricity at the campsites?
A: Electricity will be limited. Temporary access will be available for brief needs like inflating air mattresses. Please bring battery-powered lights or flashlights.
Q: Are there bathrooms nearby?
A: Yes,portable toilets (porta-potties) will be available near the campsite. Please bring your own toiletries, hand sanitizer, and wipes as needed.
Q: What if it rains?
A: The event will continue with modifications if light rain occurs. In case of severe weather, we will communicate alternative plans or cancellations in advance.
Q: Can we bring our own snacks or food?
A: Yes, but please keep all food sealed and stored to avoid attracting insects. No cooking equipment or open flames, please.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: For safety and comfort of all families, pets are not allowed at this event.
Q: What time do we need to leave the next morning?
A: All campers must pack up and depart by 9:00 am on Sunday. Pack-up begins after breakfast around 7:30 am.
Q: What activities are planned?
A: We’ll have yard games, a campfire singalong, stargazing with a telescope, a movie under the stars, bedtime storytime, and sunrise yoga in the morning!
