A Taste of the World
Heart of the Valley YMCA branches participated in Welcoming Week Sept. 14-23, 2018, and one very popular activity was an international potluck lunch! Members and Y Staff prepared foods from their native or adopted countries to share including coconut chickpea curry, beef borscht, lemony lentil soup, eggplant parmesan, baklava and more!
