    30-minute and 60-minute sessions

    This plan is great for someone looking to try out personal training for the first time, or someone looking to train for a specific activity. Purchase a package of sessions and then decide how you want to spread them out! Discounts are available on packages.

    30-minute and 60-minute sessions

    Get the best of both worlds! Sessions will allow you to enjoy one-on-one attention with the trainer for some time, but also allow you to have fun exercising with your accountability partner under the direction of a certified trainer. Discounts are available on packages.

    Small Group Training

    Women on Weights

    Strength training is a great way to ramp up your fitness routine, gain muscle strength, boost metabolism and build stronger bones. Women on Weights has Certified Personal Trainers leading small, 5-person classes in 4-week sessions.
