CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
INTRO TO WATER EXERCISE
Get started in a safe and results-producing workout program using the Y pools.
AQUACISE
This class provides a high-energy workout using the resistance of water. Morning class is in the Large Pool; Evening class meets in the Warm Pool.
ARTHRITIS
This class is designed for people with arthritis and focuses on moving and stretching all of the muscles and joints of the body. Class will be held in the Warm Pool.
ARTHRITIS+
This class is designed for individuals with some arthritis. Focus will be in moving and stretching all of the muscles and joints throughout the body. Class will be held in the Warm Pool.
AQUA JOG Great for folks wanting a high-energy workout without causing pain to joints and muscles. You must be comfortable in deep water, and belts are provided for extra flotation.
